DescriptionThis is a for time workout with a 16 min time cap.
Teams will complete 24 wall walks followed by 3 rounds of 18 worm push press, 12 worm squats, 6 worm thrusters. Then 18 wall walks followed by 2 rounds of 18 worm push press, 12 worm squats, 6 worm thrusters. Finally, 12 wall walks followed by 1 round of 18 worm push press, 12 worm squats, 6 worm thrusters.
*note: 6 worm burpee penalty if the worm touches the ground during the set of 18,12, 6 worm movements.
Teams will be allowed to set the worm down after the completion of each set of worm thrusters.

This is a for time workout with an 18-minute time cap.
Teams will complete 3 rounds. Round 1 (Athlete A) performs a 600-meter assault run while (Athletes B & C) are performing their prescribed number of rope climbs, 36 box jump overs. 9 synchro snatches and then 18 synchro overhead squats. Then teams will switch to begin round 2 (Athlete B) performs a 600-meter assault run while (Athletes A & C) perform their prescribed number of rope climbs, 36 box jump overs. 9 synchro snatches and then 18 synchro overhead squats. In 12 minutes, teams will complete their prescribed number of calories on the runner while accumulating as many reps as possible of 75 heavy drag rope double unders, 75 DB hang clean & jerks, 50 heavy drag rope double unders, 50 DB thrusters, 25 heavy drag rope double unders and then 25 DB hang squat clean thrusters. After the 25 DB hang squat clean thrusters, teams will begin again at the 75 heavy drag rope double unders and continue in this fashion. Teams can rotate however they want, one athlete on the runner, one working on the reps and one resting. If teams complete their prescribed number of calories before the 12 minutes, they will continue accumulating reps on the floor with one athlete working and two athletes resting, rotating however they want.
